Currently, Canada Post is used to ship all orders. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, in most cases, your order will generally be delivered by your country's national postal service once it enters your country. If you would like a different delivery service to deliver your purchase, please contact me before submitting your order and I would be happy to provide you with some options.

Yes, combined shipping is offered and is determined by the weight range of your purchase (ie 0-1 pound, 1-2 pounds, 2-3 pounds, etc). For example, if you make a purchase that weighs 1.5 pounds, you will pay the flat rate shipping fee to your location for the weight range of 1-2 pounds. Again, if you make a purchase that weighs 0.45 pounds, you will pay the flat rate shipping fee to your location for the weight range of 0-1 pound. Any purchases made from AJ's Hot Wheels ship from Ontario, Canada.

Yes, any of the items for sale can be picked up locally in Waterloo Region or South Perth County, Ontario, Canada so you do not have to pay shipping costs. Please email ajhotwheels01@gmail.com for more details.

Currently, PayPal is the only accepted method of payment.

Please be aware that all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Randomly. It's always a good idea to check back often to see what has been added as this process doesn't have a schedule. You can tell what was recently added to the shop by sorting the items by date, however this will not show re-activated listings that were once previously sold out. Check the homepage to see the date that the shop was last updated, and browse carefully anytime you do see the date has changed! Furthermore, you can always contact me at ajhotwheels01@gmail.com to find out what is new or re-stocked!

This is due to the fact that there was previously stock of the product in the past which sold out and it has since been replenished.

I am not a perfectionist, so I cannot label anything I sell as being 'perfect'. However all of the Hot Wheels for sale are treated with great care and kept in ,what I consider to be, excellent condition (I will typically make any notes to the package's condition in the item's description if I feel it is necessary). Please read all item descriptions carefully for products you are considering purchasing.
